Firstly I have a new AC750 but its not listed on the drop down. 

I have installed a EE 4G sim card in the router but keep getting a message saying 'sim card not detcted' and can't get onto the internet. 

Can anyone help please??

Hello,

 

What is the model number and hardware version of your product?

 

Please verify whether the network type of the sim card is compatible with the router. 

 

With the sim card plugged into the smart phone, does it work properly? 

 

Any updates, please let us know.
