Where is the MAC Filter Setting!?

theoretically, once you add device into blacklist and then the device won't be able to access internet; besides, you can clear the browser cache on your device and give it a go.
Still the same, post the picture of the access control settings page here please.

i need is "allow the device to access"
not whitelist or blacklist~
i only want the device i like to access...
not after access then i blacklist~
once i use whitelist, everyone still can access

Once you add the devices allowed to access internet into whitelist and enable access control, then only these devices can get internet.

I'm tried to only add all my pc to whitelist...
then i tried use my phone to access... my phone also success access...
"Access Control" is COMPLETELY TRASH!!!
BRING BACK THE "WIRELESS MAC FILTER"!!!
