Hi,

could you please provide more details? Any specific symptoms of the rebooting issue?

Including but not limited:

The light status; whether you can get internet from C5400X and have you ever updated the firmware?

Good day.

Did you get this solved?  Mine is doing the same. Brand new.

works for about 10 minutes then starts looping through reboots

Also not getting any wireless. It's all enabled, lights are on indicating that its broadcasting, but no devices can pick it up. Worked for about the first 20 minutes but then not able to get it working since then.

Hi @rws,

Could you please shot a short video about the auto-reboot issue?

And how do you get it back to work after that? How often it happens?

Did you try to hard reset it yet by holding the reset button/hole?

What is the current hardware and firmware as well?

Thanks in advance, good day.
