Just got this little adapter, and never had so much trouble getting something to work. I can find the wifi and connect, but it just says ''can't identify internet''

Half the time i open its internet settings, it comepletely freezez the windows, so i have to restart.

I spend 1½ hour in livechat yesterday, with 0 progress. I have my phone on the same wifi in the same room with no problem....

What is going on????

Hi,

How did you install the driver? Use the CD rom or download it from the official website?

How far away between the computer and main router? With PC connected to the wifi, please check its IP address and default gateway as below instruction:

Meanwhile, please try to disable the anti-virus software and firewall on computer and reinstall the driver to give it a shot.
