Model: Archer A7
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

A year or so back I purchased a router from Amazon, Archer C2 Ac900, on the UK site I can only find AC750 with AC900 advertising but I can find the AC900 on the US site.

Is this router a USA exclusive router? Or is the AC750 and ac900 the same router?

Just wondering in the spec as UK site states 433 5GHz

300 2.4GHz

But USA site is

433 5GHz

450 2.4GHz

Anyone know and can confirm is the UK firmware is fine and if they are both the same router but are exclusives to UK and USA?

Hi,

For C2 V3,,by comparing the spec page on both sites, I found that the signal rate for 2.4GHz and 5GHz are the same on 2 sites.

https://www.tp-link.com/uk/home-networking/wifi-router/archer-c2/#specifications  UK site

https://www.tp-link.com/us/home-networking/wifi-router/archer-c2/#specifications  US site

While the signal rate you mentioned is for C2 V5. Which is the newst hardware version.

Note: The spec page lists all features about the product with the latest hardware version.

Besides, for your information, we made some changes on C2 V5, V3 and V5 can be regarded as 2 different devices.

May it help. Good day.
