Model: Deco M5
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.4

I have various devices some connected by Wifi others via Ethernet cable. My NAT drive is connected via Ethernet, my televisions, speakers and a few other things are conected via Wifi. Since using the Deco 5 I have been unable to connect my TVs to my NAT drive, my computer (also on Ethernet) cannot connect to my HEOS speaker system.

I am far from being an expert on all things network/wifi so perhaps someone can explain in lay mans terms a solution to this problem, if there is one.

Many thanks

Hi,

Did you set any guest network on deco m5 like below?

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/1461/

If so, did you connect your wireless devices like speaker to the guest wireless? If it is, please switch them back to your main wireless.

Do you connect all of your devices like TV, speaker, PC and NAT drive to the Deco network? If so, since you change to a new network, it is possible that you need to reconfigure these devices again. Please contact with speaker or TV and check if there is any settings needs to be done on their device or on the deco wifi.
