TL-WDR7620 unifi compatibility issues

Recently came across one unit of TL-WDR7620 and I can't seem to set it up and running.
Is china's dail up running on a different system than us? I've tried key in my UNIFI ID and Pw but it still seems like not responding.
Appreciate for any kind advise!

TL-WR7620 is sold in China only. So, we do not familiar with it. If you need help, you may call China support or send an email to them directly:

Hello, per I mentioned before, the TL-WDR7620 is sold in mainland of China only, I'm not familiar with it. It is suggested to contact the local tech support, they can provide English service.
