i can not find the ntp server for my location

Hi,

 

For the 941HP, once you logged into the web interface, please go to advanced-system tools-time settings to choose the time zone where you locates, and enter the NTP server and hit obtain and then click save. 

 

You can see the option to enable/disable daylight saving time.
