Please ensure that the internet cable goes into the blue WAN port of the C20 and show me the light status.
To do a comparison analysis, please connect your computer to the internet cable directly bypass the C20 and setup the broadband PPPoE connection on computer to test whether it works.

If it works, please connect the computer back to the C20 to clone the mac address; Otherwise, please confirm the configuration parameters.

Have just purchased Archer C20 A750 from Amazon. We have local cable internet. Called the cable guys. He tried to connect it. However it won’t connect. We got a new replacement and still the same problem. All the lights are green. But no internet access. In settings he selects PPOCE and then enters the cable internet password and then follows the subsequent prompts. Still no internet. Is there some firewall or setting that we are missing?
Please help.
