Now the Deco it send me notifications like ( kids attempted to visit ..... ) but Deco doesn't block any thing I try to add some keywords to block whatsapp and YouTube but same .So is Deco send only notifications without block any thing?

Note : My main Deco is a Router with full functionality (NAT , DHCP , Antivirus... etc )

I have a similar issue.  I receive notifications that traffic was blocked but I don't even have anything turned on for that feature nor does it really block anything.

Hi,

How did you setup the parental control feature? Please show us the screenshots of the settings page.

Below is the instruction to setup parental control. https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/1598/

Please show us a picture of the notification as well.

Besides, what is the current network topology?

Have a nice day.

Hi,

Could you please export a picture of the notification to us?

Meanwhile, have you ever setup any parental control function yet?

Good day.
