Model: Deco
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.8

After updating my Decos this morning, my security cameras can no longer connect to the wifi, the setup times out on trying to connect.

Additionally, since before the update, my TV is unable to connect to the wifi, only via ethernet.

Is there anyway to downgrade the firmware, or to view some logs of such to see what is happening?

Hi,

Is there any error message if you failed to connect to the wifi?

What is the model number of the Deco? Is it Deco M5?

What is the current network topology/network diagram?

Meanwhile, it is suggested to disable fast roaming, set QoS as standard and clear all the high priority items to give it a go.

Any updates, please let me know.

Have a nice day.
