Model: Archer C1200
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.0.2 Build 20180118

Cannot load the admin website (192.168.0.1 or tplinkwifinet.net). I try some web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Android Chrome, Internet Explorer 11), but I got same error message:

GET http://192.168.0.1/webpages/locale/en_US/lan.js?t=1516243669548&_=1557579449239 net::ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'EMAIL' of undefined

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'OK' of undefined

The factory reset did not help.

Maybe the web server running on the device is not working properly.

Are you getting the logon page? Try http://tplinklogin.net/ in place of 192.168.0.1. Also check your modem settings to see if it want a different IP address in a field something called like Ethernet IP address (sometimes 192.168.1.1) After factory reset, you use the default userid and password as all of the settings must be reentered including the new userid and password. You can also try the Tether app.

This page (http://tplinklogin.net/) doesn't load.

So 192.168.0.1 title is Opening... and change background color like this, but the page is not loading.

I try Tether app, but it provides much less setup options than I need.

The "like this" link is not working. Try cut and paste in your message. Not sure what you mean by changed background color. The tether app is limited in what it can do, which is both good and bad. Good it limits what can be done since it is another way into the router that can be exploited by others. Bad that it limits the owner. In your browser, clear history and cookies, then power cycle your router and try again.

Because "like this" is not a link... it is just a color example.

I clear history and cookies many times in my browsers (and other PC browsers), but did not help.

When I opened the devtools in browser, I realize this file doesn't loaded: http://192.168.0.1/webpages/locale/en_US/lan.js

I just got this message:

This page isn’t working

192.168.0.1 unexpectedly closed the connection.

ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH

Can you open this .js file?

I cannot load the .js file as I get a 501 error. I can open just 192.168.0.1 and get my log on page for my Archer C8.

Hi,

From your description, you can see the login page, but no login option? no where to enter userid and password? If possible, please show us a screenshot of it.

Besides, you can unplug the cable between the router and modem, hard reset the C1200 and change different web browsers and devices like you did before to give it a shot.

Meanwhile, you can refer to the instruction below to login as well.

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/2236/

May it help and have a nice day.

Yes, when I visited 192.168.0.1, the website redirect to http://192.168.0.1/webpages/login.html?t=1516243669548, and I just can see the background, no login option (I attached the screenshot).

I reset my router and I try to access the admin website on cable connection with router, but I have not succeded.

Hi,

Please try to enter 192.168.0.1 only and do not allow it redirect automatically to give it a go.

Meanwhile, try to use tplinkwifi.net and check what happens.

Besides, it is suggested to change another web browser or device.

May it help and have a nice day.

It sounds like your browser is redirecting. Most browsers have options to prevent a redirect. Google "stop browser redirects" for you specific browser and see if that does the trick. Also look for a file with that name on your system. Lets us know what works.

Try this, I hope it helps

In Chrome, press Ctrl Shift + Delete.

Go to Advanced tab, Select "All time" for time range, scroll down and check "Site Settings", then finally click "Clear Data"

Then reload the Router admin page
