Firmware Version: 1.8.5

Hi, I have 5 of vstarcam ip camera installed before I bought the Deco M5.

I am having difficulty on pairing them to Deco M5. I have turned off 5G signal and allow only 2.4G signal. It found Deco M5 wireless name but it cannot pair to the router. I have tried connecting it to the guest mode without password and it can work.

The technical support in Thailand cannot resolve the problem.

Anyone please feel free for advice.

Hi,

With 5GHz turned off, can you detect the 2.4GHz on the IP cameras？

Below are some suggestions you can give it a shot.

1. Please set QoS as standard. Open Deco app, go to more-Qos.

2. Please clear all high priority. In QoS page you can see device priority, click high priority and then you can clear them.

3. Please disable fast roaming also.
