Install and use the tether app on your mobile. But be aware the app is very limited. A connected PC is the best option. Also you can try using tplinkwifi.net in your browser.

Hi,
You can download the related app (like Tether, Deco and Kasa) on your mobile to configure it if the device supports; or you can connect your mobile to the device by wireless and login to the web interface to set it up.
You can refer to the quick installation guide to install it.
Besides, what is the model number of your device?
