back, now, to fw 1.2.8 Build 20190403 Rel. 43515 and all is still fine :)

taking a closer look, what I believe did actually happen is the "open/close triangle", in iOS Deco app, being stuck so that offline devices were "hidden"

not completely sure if just my bad or... something wrong actually going on

thank you so much once more :)

(btw: hope an iPad version of the app comes soon ;) )

Hi,

Did you update the firmware in one time? Meanwhile, what about the online devices? Are they affected?

Besides, with a device connected and disconnected to the Deco network, does it show up under the offline device list?

Good day.

hi

"Online Devices" lists actually connected devices and is fine

"Offline" was working the way you say in 1.2.6

in 1.2.8 it **always** is empty

what do you mean by "in one time"? I launched the update from Deco app (iOS) and that's it

Can I say that the offline devices list is always empty, even though there is a device disconnected from it after the firmware update?

Did you try to reinstall the Deco app or refresh it?

Good day.

"Offline Devices" was **never** empty in 1.2.6: every device that connected at least once to the network was listed there when not connected

already rebooted both Decos at least twice, to no avail

will try reinstalling fw

thank you Kevin

so... followed instructions and re-installed firmware on both my M9s

then tried connecting a device, checked it was listed among "Network Devices" (it was) and finally turned it off

"Offline Devices" list is still empty

current fw is: 1.2.8 Build 20190520 Rel. 62352

previous fw was: 1.2.8 Build 20190403 Rel. 43515

factory (or... right upon initial setup boot) fw was: 1.2.6 Build 20190308 Rel. 45598

(btw... those "Rel." numbers are pretty weird: shouldn't they be progressive? and... 19k new releases in one month and a half? frown)
