Hi all,
There do have a 1.3.0 firmware, while it is still under test, not released officially yet; To get more feedback and strengthen its performance, it is released in a small Deco users.
You can keep an eye on notification message or TP-Link official website for more information/updates.
Good day.

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback, we have noted that and will remind our R&D colleague to evaluate the feasibility.
And in the near future, we will try to post release notes in the community directly and then you customers can start a converation under a specific topic.
Thanks again for your feedback, good day.

@Kevin_Z Maybe you should concider to add a beta option inside the Deco app, where interested users can opt in to receive beta firmwares? And again maybe a good idea to post release notes in the community so for each new firmware version the users can start a conversation about problems in the specific release notes topic.

I have mixed reactions to the latest 1.3.0 build. I was excited to update because of the web interface and Kasa integration. However, after installing the build, my network suddenly couldn't work. In fact, my ethernet devices went offline. It was only after I removed my primary DNS (I use pihole) that my network came back. It's been a few weeks already and there's not been any fix to this. Plus, every now and then my ethernet devices go offline and I'll need to do a reboot of the node to get things back online. This has been quite a frustration on an otherwise great device!

Hi,
To locate the issue and fix it, please provide the information below to do further analysis.
1. the current network topology.
2. How often it drops connection? What is the light status at that time?
3. With your computer connected to the main router directly, can you access internet at that point? What about the modem/internet source?
4. Please check the IP address and default gateway of your device when it lost connection. Instruction as below:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/838/
5. The hardware and firmware version of the Deco. For the firmware, please tell me the build numbers.
Thanks in advance, and have a nice day.
