Hi,

We will do further analysis and try to fix it.

So the current issue is that the wifi connection will drop out now and then, and it will come back to work automatically. right?

When the wifi falling down, what is the light status of the C5400? Can you see the wifi network name on your devices? Or it is still connected but no internet access?

Meanwhile, are you able to access internet from the C5400 by wired cable? And can you login to the web interface of the router?

If so, please show us a screenshot of the status page, and go to system tools-system log to save it and export to us.

Besides, please tell me the hardware and firmware version of the C5400 as well.

Thanks in advance, and have a good day.
