Hi,

 

Can other devices get internet from the C5400 now?

 

With your TV connected to the C5400 by lan cable, please make sure that it obtains the valid IP address. 

 

Meanwhile, it is suggested to contact the tech support to get some specific help cause they are more professional about their products. you can confirm that whethere there is anything special need to be done on the router.
