Hello,

What is the Wi-Fi LED of the Archer AX6000 when the Wi-Fi got disconnected? Can the devices still detect the Wi-Fi network then? Please try to customize the wireless settings, like wireless channel and channel width. For 2.4GHz, use channel 1, 6 or 11, channel width to 20MHz; for 5GHz, use channel 36, 40 or 44, channel width as 40MHz.

Please also refer to the below troubleshooting to narrow down the disconnect issue:
What should I do if internet connection is not stable when the device is connected to TP-Link router?

What is the current firmware of your AX6000? Here is a beta firmware you may have a try:

May this helps.

To locate the issue, please tell more details about it:

1. How many devices are connecting to the access point? How many are on 2.4Ghz network? How about 5GHz?

2. What are the devices you are using? Does the issue happen on all of them or some of them?

3. When the issue happens, are you still able to see the Wi-Fi signal? Can you still connect to it? If so, please help to check the IP address for Wi-Fi connection then.

For comparison, please check the IP address when the Wi-Fi is working. Please provide screen shots for the IP addresses for further analysis.

4. Do you have the same issue on both 24GHz and 5GHz network? Or it happens only on one band?

Sorry to be all questions, but without knowing what’s going on it’s hard to propose a fix...

If ethernet and WIFI both stop working, most times it is your Internet Service Provider (ISP). You can test it by connecting your PC direct to the modem for a while bypassing the router. If the PC connects and you have no issues for a long period of time then trouble shoot the router. Sometimes it can be your ethernet cables so do not overlook them.

@Kevin_Z

I am using AX6000 since last couple of months.

I too face the same issue of internet disconnection. The task bar still shows wifi icon but no internet connection. This happens mostly around 2:30 in the afternoon. Usually there are 5 devices connected on each 2.4G & 5G. The connection is unavailable on all devices. I tried rebooting the router every morning but no success.

Strangly the internet connection is back without doing anything within 5 mins.

Yesterday same issue happened when I was working on PC. Then I checked internet connection on my iPhone. Initially it showed wifi icon, so .. when tried opening google.com, the phone switched to 4G mobile network.

The devices usually connected are:

iPhones x 2

Android phones x 3

iPad x 1

kindle x 1

printer x 1

Smart TV

Apple TV

Laptop x 1
