Hi Guys,

I have a TP-Link Archer VR2800  DSL Modem Router.

I am going to move ISP and go with Virgin Media.

I want to run the Virgin media Hub 3 in Modem Mode.

And use the Archer as the Main Router.

My current setting for the Archer Gateway is:192.168.0.1

As I understand, I need to enter the virgin HUB3

At 192.168.0.1 and once logged in click on Modem Mode and apply changes.

Once in Modem mode the IP address changes from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.100.1

In the Archer Router I need to go on Advanced>operation Mode and change the setting from DSL Modem Router Mode to Wireless Mode.

At this point I should say I have loads of equipment running on ethernet CAT6 cable and wireless.

How do I connect Archer and Hub3 together ? LAN Port to LAN port ?

Does it matter which ones I use ?

Do I need to put an IP address into the Archer for the HUB3 ?

A detailed step by step guide would be helpful

Thanks Guys
