TL-PA9020P randomly drop connection

I have rencently brought a TL-PA9020P(UK)_V3.1 to connect the internet from the modem to my router in my living room, however it start to drop connection randomly when another router with aztech homeplug is power on. The diagram is as below:

Fix the issues by cloning the MAC address of the router assign to the ISP.

Also the design is flawed it is so huge that it blocks the power socket button.
