Hi,

Try to change another web browser or another device to access it.

If still the same, try to enter the default login username and password to test whether you can access the web interface.

Meanwhile, you can use the tpMifi app to manage it.

Good day.

Thanks for the answer

This test was performed with a variety of Chrome, Safari, Mozilla, Internet Explorer and Windows browsers, but the result was what I said.

I type in the user and password box but the login box is not active and will not happen on that click.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

Please try to hard resey and then relogin and test whether it works.

Note: How to hard reset it: With the Mobile Wi-Fi powered on, use a pin to press and hold this button (hole) until “Power Off” appears on the screen to reset the Mobile Wi-Fi.

After that, if still the same, you can email support.mea@tp-link.com to check the warranty service.

Good day.

I have exactly the same problem. After reseting the devise, the 4G network sharing is working fine.

But, the management page isn't displayed completely and couldn't login.

Not working with http://tplinkmifi.net or 192.168.0.1 or using tp-link mifi app.

Anyone from tp-link could offer a help?

Ensure that you reset the M7350 successfully; if still the same, it is suggested to contact their tech support to check the warranty service.

Thanks for your reply Gray.

I indeed reset the device twice. But it still give the same result.

And unfortunately, I'm a user in Hong Kong, my device was purchased in 2016 and the warranty service had been expired.

I think this forum is my last chance. crying

Ohh, what a pity, sorry to hear that.

Cyrus, if it does not affect the actual network connection, you can use it to provide internet; otherwise, you may need buy a new one.

Good day.
