Looking to purchase this range extender. Say I set up the device as per the manual in: "4.1. Use Your Extender as a Wireless Adapter", whereby I can connect my NAS via the ethernet port.

 

Will my NAS be discoverable on the wireless network? Or will it be assigned it's own subnet? If so, is the ethernet port's IP/Subnet/etc. configurable?

Hi,

 

Once you configured RE650, you can connect your devices to it by wired cable or by wireless to get internet access.

 

The IP address of all the devices connected to the RE650 will be assigned by the main router; and the local network devices can access each other.
