Can anyone help me ?

 

Firmware:   3.16.0 0.9.1 v600f.0 Build 180605 Rel.40216n

Hardware: Archer C20 v4 00000004

 

I am trying to upgrade my router to the version :

- Archer_C20v4_BR_0.9.1_4.16_up_boot[190103-rel70848]

 

But router did not accept the firmware, error, what to do??

Hi,

 

The Archer C20 is listed on the model field. Once you can enter "C20" in the model field, and it will pops up Archer-C20 automatically; while I will remind our engineer to make some progress and make it more customer-oriented and perfect. 

 

Back to your case, what is the version of your product?

 

You can find it on the bottom label of the actual device. You can take a picture and send it to us as well. 

 

Meanwhile, what is the error message after you failed to update the firmware?

Archer C20 Alguém pode me ajudar ? Firmware: 3.16.0 0.9.1 v600f.0 Build 180605 Rel.40216n Hardware: Archer C20 v4 00000004 Estou tentando atualizar meu roteador para a versão : - Archer_C20v4_BR_0.9.1_4.16_up_boot [190103-rel70848] Mas o roteador não aceitou o firmware, erro, o que fazer?

By checking the current firmware version, which is 180605, we found that it is a customized router based on ISP's specific request, that is why you failed to update the firmware from the official website.
