Guten Tag

Habe mir eine C3150 gekauft jetzt habe ich das Problem auf meinen andern Geräte das es mir bei den verfügbaren Wlan nicht angezeigt wird. Nur auf mein Laptop wird es angezeigt was kann ich da machen nicht mal auf meinen Hp Wlan Drucker wird es nicht gefunden. Könnt ihr mir da Helfen?

Have I bought a C3150 now I have the problem on my other devices that it does not appear to me with the available wireless. Only on my laptop it is displayed what can I do not even on my Hp Wlan printer it is not found. Can you help me?

Bekomme immer die Fehler Meltung fehler code 9805 egal was ich mache

 

Always get the error Meltung error code 9805 no matter what I do

I have now contaced the local support team, but i didn't get an answer yet. I bought the device 3 days ago und tried various modes - but it seems nothing works. Just my laptop und mobile get connected, but also these devices get kicked out imediatly. All other devices (another laptop, 2 mobiles und a printer) couldn't even see the WLAN network. I tried updating the firmware, but this makes the router useless - i had to do a factory restore to get the router working again.

If your devices are having trouble connecting, make sure your router is using B/G/N/AC mode.

Hi,

 

The wireless networks can be detected by some devices means that the router is fine, we can do some troubleshooting and try to fix it.

 

Try to adjust the wireless settings of the router. For example, for 2.4GHz, change channel as 1, 6 or 11; channel width as 20MHz; for 5GHz, change channel as 36, 40 or 44; channel width as 40MHz.

 

After that, check whether you can see the TP-link wifi networks. 

 

Meanwhile, you can hard reset the router by holding the reset button or hole for 10s.

I don't think that the router is fine - it kickes the only 2 devices witch can see the WLAN imediatly out of it. The whole network was working before the new router, no settings were changed!

 

I tried to adjust the wireless settings as you said. First try: 2,4GHz chanel 11, channel width 20MHz was ok, but the problem stayed; 5GHz couldn't be adjusted - Error Code: 9805 Corresponding case not found.

After a restart i tried it again: 5 Ghz couldn't be adjusted - same Error; 2,4GHZ, channel 6 - Error Code: 1 Internal error.

 

I tried the hard reset already a view times.

 

It seems nothing works :-( :-(

i bought it on amazon via warehouse deal (new with little scratches outside)

Cause the error code cannot be fixed via the troubleshooting we have done. To solve your problem quickly and provide a solution, it is suggested to contact the retailer to check the warranty. 

 

If it is still covered by warranty, you can ask for a replacement.
