Hello

 

Being a newby on vpn etc my question is:

 

Which VPN will run on C1200,  OpenVPN or NordVPN or.....

 

Need I to install 3rd party firmware. If yes, which one?

 

Is there a tutorial about this issue?

Hi,

 

The Archer C1200 V2 supports OpenVPN and PPTP VPN.

 

Instructions as below:

Hello, RE305 is the range extender only, not the wireless router. 

 

It does not support VPN function, you can verify whether your main router supports it and how to enable it.

Hello

 

I am also very much of a newby on vpn... 

I already have a NordVPN account and can't seem to find a way to set it up on my RE305

Is this do-able, and how?

OK - I do use the RE305 as AP and more or less like a router, so I was just checking if there was a way thru the firmware to add the VPN function. Now I know. Thanks Kevin!
