I just got Deco M4 and able to setup successfully with internet connected, however I'm wondering how to choose between 2.4 or 5 GHz?  Coz some of my devices only support 2.4 GHz and seem like its not able to connect directly with Deco M4....hmmm, please advise with thanks!

Hi,

Sorry to tell you that there is no method to choose 2.4GHz and 5GHz manually cause they use the smae network name.

While for those devices which support 2.4GHz only, they can detect the 2.4GHz only as well.

If they are not able to connect to it, you can disable fast roaming and clear the high priority items to give it a go.

May it help and have a nice day.
