I have done something wrong with my password.  I do not manage to reset password from my mobile phone as I onlgy get up a page saying "not connecting".   No problems with signals.  Can look as if I have may have donr something wrong "not to connect to internet".  How to reset?

Hi,

 

What is the model number of your device?

 

Usually we can hold the reset button or hole for 10s to hard reset the device with it powered on. 

 

And the default wifi password is printed on the bottom label of the actual device. So does the login password.
