Hi Sunshine, thank you. I tried to upload the file, but at the end of the upload process it gives me the following error: Error code: 4506 The uploaded file does not match the device's current hardware version. Am I missing something? Thank you! Andrea

May I know your current hardware version and firmware version?

And The firmware is used for MR200_V3/V4,MR400_V2/V3,MR6400_V3/V4;

If the beta firmware is not suitable, we would like to collect the following information and forward your case to our senior engineers.

  1. How long have you had the modem? And when did the issue start?
  2. When the internet dropped, could you please check if the LTE band has changed or not?
  3. Where are you located and Who is your sim card carrier?

My router specs:

Model: TL-MR6400 (EU)

Hardware version: TL-MR6400 v4 00000002

Firmware version: 1.16.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 191223 Rel.66638n

I am using this device in Italy with Vodafone Italy SIM (just data, no voice)

The answers:

1. One month and a half. The issue has begun since the initial times.

2. When the connection drops it says that there is the carrier but is disconnected for unknown reason. Where I can check the band?

3. Italy with Vodafone Italia (data SIM, no voice).

Hi Kevin,

 

I have a MR6400 V3 from Vodafone Romania and I am facing connection issues aswell. Only after a hard reset it will work again for a while. I have set a daily scheduled reboot to see if this improves the situation, but it doesn't.

Could you send me please the internal firmware you mentioned in the other threads?

 

At the moment i am using:

Firmware Version:1.6.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 181022 Rel.40644n 

Hardware Version:TL-MR6400(EU) v3 00000001

I have the same problem that my TL-MR6400 keep disconnecting all day.

ISP: Telkomsel

Country: Indonesia

 

Can I try a beta firmware to fix my issue?

I have the same problem. My TL-MR6400 keep random disconnecting all day. Can I try the beta firmware? I hope it can fix my issue.
