The SSID is showing up on our devices however when I try and connect it says no internet connection and there is an exclamation mark through the WiFi icon.

Hi,

 

What is the current light status of the TL-WPA4220? 

 

To make internet work, please ensure that the powerline led comes on on both units.

 

Otherwise, please follow the instruction below to pair them: 

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/258/

 

What is more, please ensure that you can access internet from the main adapter directly which connects to the main router by wired cable.
