Model: M7350  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: The lastest

There said:” no internet connection”when i tried to connect to the M7350, i cannot habe eifi signal, then i reset it, now they don’t put the 4g or 3g signal on it, and i can connect to the M7350 but there is no internet...

i tried to change the SIM card, for the first time it worked, then i have the same problem 

when i open the tplinkmifi website, they say: status: no internet connection and the ip is 0.0.0.0.0 

i tried a lot of things but nothing works

Is the sim card detected by the M7350?

 

If it was deteced but no IP address, you can try to create the profile manually. 

 

Or you can follow the instruction below to do some troubleshooting.
