The router automatically turns off the 2.4ghz band while the 5ghz band works fine. 2.4ghz band turns back off when it's turned back on

Please provide more information about the current 2.4GHz signal disappearing issue. 

 

What is the light status of the C3150 when it went off? Especially the wifi leds. 

 

At that point, can you see 2.4GHz network on your devices? How do you make it work then?

 

Please login to the web interface of C3150 and check whether the 2,4GHz network is enabled correctly. 

 

Besides, you can try to fix the channel and channel width, even hard reset it to give it a go.
