Hello,

My Arris Modem provides 172 Mbps on LAN ports, but my router AC750 Acrcher C20 only gave me a maximun of 99Mbps.

When I coonect my laptop instead of the router the 172 Mbps are indicated, but whe I connect my router, only 99Mbps are allowed, one thing I noticed is that de orange light is ON when the router is pluged but the green light is On when the laptop is pluged, on the RJ45 port connection.

Help please!

regards.

@Carlos737

The Archer C20 V5 has the 100Mbps LAN ports, that is to say, the speed from the C20 won't be higher than 100Mbps. Cause the current bandwidth is 172Mbps, you can get a router with gigabit LAN ports, Like Archer C7, Archer A7/C9.

For the internet led, the modem should be connected to the blue/internet port of C20 and computer connected to the one of the yellow ports.
