Archer C6 2.4G band stops working, disable then enable restores

On 4 occasions the 2.4G WiFi band has stopped working, devices can connect to it but get no network access. Disabling and enabling the 2.4G band on the admin interface restores the connectivity, the 5G band is not affected, a device connected to it is used to reset the 2.4G band.
I used the chat support service to discuss the issue and the suggestion was to change from automatic to a fixed channel for the 2.4G band, this appeared to resolve the issue but it has happened again today, a phone which only works on 2.4G was showing the WIFI as access denied.
is there anything else I can do to resolve this issue.

Hi,
I have tested for you:
Switching the 5g wireless width to 40mhz fix. Then i scanned my wireless and it shows 40mhz too.
All my clients connected to it with 300mbps, which is normal.
Have you got yours to work again ?
From which build have you upgraded?

1.3.5 for me totaly unusable.... 20% - lost packets.

@Solla-topee and @Kevin_Z pls help us this firmware https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202007/20200714/Archer%20C6(EU)_V2_200630.zip got problem with 5.ghz but 2.4ghz connection is good now. We need to rollback to 1.3.6 beta for now :(

@alan5579 Nothing strange in my pings. 2,4GHz stopped crashing. Also 5GHz works like a charm. Update 1.3.5. seems to have fixed all issues at my Archer C6...
