Archer C6 2.4G band stops working, disable then enable restores
Recently purchased Archer C6 Router running the latest firmware. On 4 occasions the 2.4G WiFi band has stopped working, devices can connect to it but get no network access. Disabling and enabling the 2.4G band on the admin interface restores the connectivity, the 5G band is not affected, a device connected to it is used to reset the 2.4G band.
I used the chat support service to discuss the issue and the suggestion was to change from automatic to a fixed channel for the 2.4G band, this appeared to resolve the issue but it has happened again today, a phone which only works on 2.4G was showing the WIFI as access denied.
is there anything else I can do to resolve this issue.

ArcherC6v2_eu-up-ver1-3-6-P1[20201030-rel60104].zip from Kevin_Z 's link still has issues for me (2.4 ghz band disconnecting all devices after a few hours and not allowing to reconnect, need to reboot router or simply disable 2.4ghz band and reenable it to fix it)

Kevin_Z any ideas when the next stable release will come out and whether it will contain the fixes from dIaBoLyK 's ArcherC6v2_eu-up-ver1-3-6-P1[20201208-rel52296].zip

using this firmware since december the 11th and no problems !!!!
i have made test with different FW and also another one from TPLINK support which was also a beta one like this one and this is the only one working well ;)

Hi all,
i can confirm the firmware 1.3.6 20201208-rel52296 from post #529, is the first BETA that working well for me. Also the performance is good. I use the C6 in router mode with TP-link RE300 in OneMesh. But the C6 acts like an accesspoint, its not my main router.
This is now my new fallback firmware.

I can do that, i plan to upgrade my C6 with the next stable release..., but i will wait if this will be a new version number like 1.4.x, unable to downgrade to 1.3.x .
