Model: Archer C7
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.04 Build 20180425 rel. 72768

I cannot find a Wireless Distribution System (WDS) config option on any menu via the web admin interface or the app. Is this supported on the UK/EU model ??

@JohnMaguire

Please go to advanced-system tools-system parameters page to get the WDS option.

Meanwhile, please ensure that the Archer C7 works as a regular wireless router.

Hi Kevin, the trick is the device has to be "router" mode rather than access point. Then all menus are viewable under the "parameters" menu link on the left hand side of the browser screen. This even worked on the android app.

Thanks again

John Maguire.

@JohnMaguire

Glad to hear that it works now. If need more help, do not hesitate to contact us.

Meanwhile, you can click here to get the difference between the router mode and AP mode.
