Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.8

Hi,

I have 2 M9 Plus' forming my main backbone now, and a couple of M5's as satellite devices. Normally this works well, but I have one camera device that connects to the Wifi, but and is fully recognised by the Deco, but when trying to connect on port other than 443, it appears to be blocked by Deco, not does it trigger the trend security systems. Because the M9 firmware is so far behind the M5, I have no way to find out which deco the camera actually connects to.

I guess this is 2 questions:-

1) When will the M9Plus firmware be updated to include some of the features in M5 (eg telling me which devices connect to which Deco, and the web interface!)

2) Does the Deco do any form of port blocking on the internal network?

@Iconic

For the firmware for Deco M9 plus, our engineers are working on it, you can keep an eye on official website or Deco appf or more updates.

Meanwhile, how do you access the camera on the internal network? Have you enabled the port 443 for the camera?

With port forwarding setup for the camera, can you access it with the IP and port number on the LAN network?
