Hi does anyone know if I connected a Ethernet wire from a cctv box to the Ethernet on the tp-link ac750 would it broadcast the live video so I could watch on the cctv app on phone to see live video thanks

What is the model number of the AC750？ You can find it on the back of the actual device. 

 

Usually the extender is used to provide internet, in other word, you can connect the computer or TV to the ethernet port to get internet, while to use the cctv app  to see the live video, it is suggested to contact the tech support of CCTV to get some specific answer.
