How to configure WDS function on TP-Link Wireless Router & change ip address beforehand.
Q1. How do I configure wds bridging on TP-Dual Band Routers?
I have the following situation
Router 1: TP-Link AC3150
Modem Router 2: TP-Link Archer D7
NBN Modem: ZTE H268A
At present the ipaddress on router 1 & 2 are the same (by default 192.168.1.1). The problem is that when I try to set a new ipaddress on TP-Archer D7 from the article, after it reboots it fails. I connect cable on the WAN port on the Archer Router to the ZTEH268A on 1 cable and then 1 cable from the LAN port on the Archer Router to the PC. I login the modem router screen and followed the instructions below.

Q1. I think there must be something wrong with I have done. Please assist me.
Q2. Provided the ipaddress reset is successful, can i use the article below to do the wds bridging? Assume the tplink router ip address is 192.168.1.1 and then i set a tparcher d7 router ipadress is 192.168.1.111 (within the ip address router range of the tplink ac3150)
