Have no idea what the password is we have tried our home wifi password but doesn't work HELP I've been on it all afternoon and it's driving me mad. Have been waiting for live chat foe over 2 hours .
If you have not reset your extender, the password to connect to its wifi is the original wifi password of your old modem.
Cause you changed your modem, we need hard reset the extender and reconfigure it.
How to reset it: With it powered on, hold the reset button/hole for 1s to reset it and then you will see the default extender's wifi which is open, no password needed, and you can follow the QIG to install it.
