I assuming that my router is EU (I am in Israel and bought it locally).
My HW ver. is Archer C7 v2 000000
My SW ver is 3.14.3 Build 150617 Rel.40547n
there are more than 3 upgrade since my build but I get the famous error 18005 -
Upgrade unsuccessfully because the version of the upgraded file was incorrect. Please check the file name.
Can anyone advise?
Thanks,
Asaf.

Hi, the current firmware is a specific edition, which cannot be upgraded to the other firmware.
Meanwhile, may I know why do you want to upgrade the firmware?

Nothing special, I just thought that there is an update that improve NW speed, wifi range, connectivity and more.

As we discussed earlier, the current firmware cannot be upgraded.
You can change some basic wireless settings to optimize its performance to give it a shot.
Like you can change channel and channel width; channel 1, 6 and 11 are popular for 2.4GHz, for channel width you can use 40MHz; for 5GHz, channel 36, 40 and 44 and channel width 80MHz.
You can use them one by one and find out the best.
Best regards.
