Hello,

I can not connect with my range extender - TL-WA860RE - neither mobile nor PC. The Tether application does not contain this device.

What is the problem?

What is the light status of the TL-WA860RE?

Have you ever created a different wifi network name for the extender?

With your computer connected to the extender by wired cable, please verify whether you can access internet, and please click here to get the IP address and gateway.
