Hello, 

 

I have bought a RE450, but our 2 laptop can't connect to the wi-fi. We keep getting "Incorrect password". Our tab and phones have no problems. 

 

I have tried resetting the extender several times, I have tried downloading the lateste firmware and I have tried turning off the firewall on the laptops - But nothing works...

 

The laptops are an ACER and a HP. And I don't have the oppurtunities to connect by wire. 

 

Please help.

Can you connect the 2 laptops to the main router's 5GHz? 

 

Try to forget the profile on the laptops and reconnect to the RE450 via 5GHz. How to forget profile: (Below we take Windows 10 as example)

Ensure that the firmware of the RE450 is up to date. 

 

Besides, try to update the driver of the network adapter built-in the laptops; Or try to contact their tech support to get some help.
