Good morning to all, sorry for my bad english, i have a problem with osram smart + lamps with zigbee integrated wifi, the lamps are along the perimeter of the House and are menaged by 3 m9 plus and its application, the problem is that the lamps turned  on randomly without giving any command, do you know how to help me? Thanks for all good day

Hi, what is the model number of the Osram smart bulb? Is it included on the compatibility list of the Deco M9 plus?

And what is the current network topology/diagram? How do you connect these devices together? 

 

Meanwhile, have you ever tried to hard reset the smart bulb to reconfigure it to give it a go?
