Can’t log in to the Deco app

On my IPhone X I have installed the Deco app.
It worked fine earlier.
Suddenly it told me “Log in failed, try again”.
I’ve changed my password a couple of times without success.
Version on of the app TP-link Deco” is 1.9.6

May I know the model of your Deco? Please give me the MAC address of the main Deco in your network, which is linked to your TP-Link account? You may send it to me via PM, thanks.

Have sent you the MAC address and model.
Everything else works fine, connection to internet etc is all good. Just can't access the app.
