Hi, is there any error message if you failed to connect to the wifi network? 

 

Try to use the default wifi password which is printed on the bottom label of the actual router.

 

Or you can connect your computer to the router by wired cable and access the web UI to verify the wifi name and password. 

 

Otherwise, please hard reset it by holding the reset button/hole for 10s with it powered on and use the default wifi settings.
