I did everything on parental control to block youtube but its not blocking it. How do i block youtube for a particular pc from 7:30 A.M to 5:30 P.M. Thank you

For the homecare parental, there is no internet access/effective time anymore, which is to say, we cannot , instead, it supports time limits and bed time to block the internet access. 

 

Below is the instruction to setup the parental control.

Note: Time limits will set the allowed online time, while bed time means that devices under this profile will be unable to access the internet during this time period.

 

Besides, the parental control supports blacklist only, you can block youtube by clicking add next to the Filter Content.
