There is a power supply included on the package box.
And if you want to buy another power adapter, you can buy a new one as the spec of the power adapter. Below is an example of Deco M5 v3.

|---|---|
| AC adapter output | 12V ⎓ 1.2A |
Note: The power supply varies due to the hardware version.

Also, the USB C version, is that the first generation?
