Hi. My utility has stopped working, it comes up with the error message "library not registered".

 

Ive unistalled, re downloaded everything. Just not really sure why its stopped working.

 

So im pretty much at a loss what to do?

What is the model number of your TP-Link device? 

 

What is the oeprating system of your computer? Please show us a screenshot of the error message so that we can do further analysis.

@Link1990 I have tried to install and use the PLC Utility on my Windows 10 machine, but when I launch the app I get the main window, with no menu items and what looks like a Facebook logo plus an information button, but nothing happens, all within a grey rectangle with rounded corners.  

Any idea what is wrong, please, someone?
