Between Late Jun and Now my PS4 stopped connecting to my Deco M5 mesh. Was fine before but decos had a factory reset to resolve other issues and while every other device has been fine including PS3 my PS4 stopped connecting

 

 

 

all other devices still connect.

I have updated ps4 offline.

 

on PS4

I have tried manual configuration - tried several in range IP address and tried several options for DNS servers gives NW-31293-8  error

I have tried easy setup gives NW-31293-8  error

I have tried WPS setup gives NW-31356-8  error

all multiple times.

 

Router (NOWTV) has wifi off, deco m5 are all set as router not AP

What is the current network diagram? How do you connect these devices together? 

 

Can PS4 detect the Deco network? Is there any error message if it failed to connect to it? 

 

Try to disable fast roaming and setup QoS as standard and clear all the high priority rules.

 

Still the same, try to disable 5GHz and turn on 2.4GHz only to give it a shot.

NOWTV Router with wifi OFF

Main Deco connected by cable to this

one more deco on 1st and 2nd floors.

 

The PS4 can see the Deco network

gives security method may be incorrect after failing to get IP Address

 

Fast roaming is disabled.

PS4 gives same error on 2.4 as 5 and as both enabled.

 

Main TV and phone were set as High priority Same error on Standard QoS with no High Priority.

 

Every other device continues to connect even PS3.

 

This happenned after a factory reset of the Deco.

 

Anyone any ideas?

 

Manually configuring gateway, IP and DNS doen't help either...
